JOIN OUR TEAM! Are you passionate about education and driven to guide all students on a path to success? The Accountability and Implementation Board (AIB) has four fantastic opportunities for motivated and organized Education Policy Analysts to join the AIB team as we work to implement the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future and transform Maryland’s public schools to provide a world–class education for every student.

Successful candidates will serve as subject matter experts in one or more of the following policy areas including Early Childhood Education, High Quality and Diverse Teachers and Leaders, College and Career Readiness, and Career and Technical Education. Policy analysts will primarily work with representatives from local school systems, State and local agencies, and stakeholders involved in the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future related to their focus area(s) to support successful implementation of the Blueprint.
