Dispatch Customer Service Representative - 

Aggtrans, a leading supplier of bulk aggregates and transportation services, has immediate openings for experienced dispatching and customer service reps. Must have three years of construction industry knowledge. We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, including health, dental, and 401K plan.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
• Experience in dispatching environment with dump trucks
• Experience and knowledge of aggregate material
• Experience with scale operations
• Demonstrate an effort to monitor work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Order processing and entry; Ensure quality of work and accuracy of orders and order processing.
• Comprehensive understanding of Drivers, Owner Operators and Contractor customer relations
• Oral and written communication
• Thorough skillset MS Office, FACTS software
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
