Hub Coordinator- Compliance Officer

Manager Position: Master’s Degree with LCSW-C or LCPC and 10+ years of
Behavioral Health leadership experience in planning and managing strategic efforts in a
multidisciplinary environment with a strong emphasis on children and youth. Must
demonstrate a firm understanding of supporting students’ behavioral health needs in an
academic environment. This position serves to bridge gaps within education settings
and support providers working both in schools and the community. Must have a strong
knowledge of evidence-based practices and best practices and be skilled at offering
technical assistance to providers. Must be familiar with a Hub and Spoke model of
service delivery with a strong emphasis on compliance. Ability to provide clinical
supervision a plus.

This position will also play a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s integrity and
reputation by identifying organizational risks and advising on how to avoid or prevent
them. Must have experience developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance
programs, policies, procedures, and quality metrics. Ensures adherence to all
regulations and standards necessary to meet licensing and accreditation compliance to
maintain accreditation status. Ability to facilitate high level meetings and produce
professional briefings for senior staff and the Board of Directors.
