Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. (ACDS) is a private, nonprofit corporation established by Anne Arundel County to create and retain affordable housing opportunities, as well as to ensure the efficient delivery of community development services to those most in need.
SUMMARY
ACDS is seeking a Grants Administrator whose primary duties consist of such tasks assisting with grant management duties, establishing and maintaining files and databases, and following up with housing and community development grant subrecipients to ensure grant requirements are met. Other responsibilities include coordinating and supporting Case Managers with Eviction Prevention Program, Homeless Program, and assisting with the administration, development, and implementation of local, State and federal housing and community development programs and projects benefiting Anne Arundel County residents. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn.
QUALIFICATIONS
The Grants Administrator position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Liberal Arts or a closely related field with relevant work experience and a minimum of 1 -3 years relevant work experience in administration, grant management, or related field. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of MS Office and Neighborly software. Non-profit experience preferred
LOCATION
Annapolis, Maryland
SCHEDULE
Full-time 40 hours (employee must be available to work both in-office 60% and remote 40%)
SALARY/BENEFITS
Salary range is from 40,000 to 45,000.
