Atlantic Realty Companies, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Legal Administrative Assistant in its Tysons Corner headquarters. This position reports directly to the General Counsel and COO. Position requires at least 2-3 years of administrative experience. Commercial real estate industry experience and being a Notary Public preferred, but not required. In addition to typical administrative tasks (filing, printing, copying, etc.), the position also provides the opportunity for basic paralegal-type support to the General Counsel (including assisting with lease documents and litigation support). Prior paralegal experience is not required. The best candidates will possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a must. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved at the highest levels of a dynamic, established, and growing commercial real estate company.
