Senior Operations Engineer (Baltimore, MD) Manage team of Engineers that administer & maintain COTS & CRM custom s/ware solutions. Prioritize workload & activities of team based on Agile methodologies. Establish goals for improving technical agility of organization using ERP & CRM tools. Integrate COTS applications w/ other custom applications. Configure & maintain ERP, CRM & COTS systems used by stakeholders. Resp for configuration & functionality of the Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, OpsGenie, SolarWinds & other critical applications. Engage w/ stakeholders to analyze reqmts that leverage functionalities of COTS tools. Work w/ QA team to dvlp test plans for system changes. Dvlp technical narratives compliant w/ HIPAA guidelines & contracting vehicles such as APLUS, SPARC, & GSA. Min. reqmts: Master’s Deg in Comp Sci, I.T., Comp. Engg or closely related field; 1 yr of exp in comp s/ware professional position, which must incl: exp managing enterprise COTS s/ware, exp w/ PostgresSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server Oracle, Linux operating systems & 1 or more scripting language (Groovy, Python, Ruby), exp w/ ensuring application compliance under HIPAA.
