Blount County Habitat for Humanity is seeking a qualified Home Repair Project Manager for a diverse and fast paced home repair program. Applicant should have a residential contractor’s license, experience with procurement, working with subcontractors, executing project timelines, and project budgets. Qualified applicants must be capable of balancing field work with equally necessary office work.
Candidate should also possess good communication and people skills as well as demonstrate respect for all Habitat customers.

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
Experience:
- Residential construction experience with current residential contractor’s license (5 Years Required)
- Bid and contract management experience (5 Years Required)
- Experience managing volunteers (Preferred)
