Blueridge Restaurant Group is a from scratch upscale-casual restaurant concept that currently operates seven restaurants throughout Maryland/ D.C. Metro area. Each restaurant offers an open-air kitchen, a polished casual ambiance, top notch service, and understandable American cuisine that simply tastes great.

We are looking for intelligent, energetic, and poised individuals to join our management team. We are hiring at all levels. The ideal candidates would have experience with upscale or high-volume restaurants, be extremely passionate about the industry, and must have an uncompromising commitment to quality food and service.

We offer an excellent base salary ranging from $50,000 to $100,000, based on experience. In addition, you receive employer provided health, dental, and vision insurance, eligibility for 401(k) program after 1-year, free dining privileges, and paid time off.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage day to day operations of restaurant
  • Ensure compliance of company’s policies and guidelines to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and profit maximization
  • Recruit, hire, train, retain and develop quality staff
  • Provide leadership and training to personnel; recognize and motivate members of the team; coach and train the team for operational excellence
  • Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
  • Control Profit & Loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds


  • A minimum of one year of management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Undergraduate degree

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
