Job Responsibilities

 

As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will balance all daily room revenue on a nightly basis, posting and balancing charges, and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be accountable for maintaining files and resetting the systems for the next day’s operations.

 

Your specific duties in this role will include:

 

  • Making corrections, and adjustments, and handling any computer problems that might occur during your shift
  • Providing guests with assistance, and information in a courteous, efficient ,and friendly manner
  • Fulfilling guest requests and taking room service orders
  • Processing reservations
  • Following up on services provided to guests
  • Presenting a friendly, outgoing, energetic, and guest-service oriented demeanor
  • Performing additional duties as required

Job Requirements
