Starting Full-time Dispatcher wage is $23.68/hour.
Responsible for the centralized communications for all public safety within Worthington and Nobles County. Key to the operational efficiency through coordinating prompt responses, proper referral of contacts, maintenance of communication records and monitoring systems and situations.
Applicants must have strong written and oral communication skills, general knowledge of computers and business terminology and be able to multi-task. A high school diploma or GED is required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
