Customer Service Rep Full-Time
– 40 hours a week – M-F, 8-5 PM
Full-time position with primary responsibility in dealing with customer service, troubleshooting, ordering, and shipping replacement parts. Office clerical duties as needed are also required such as filing, mailing checks, making copies, etc.
Must be mature, dependable, outgoing, and service-oriented.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently while following directions within the provided guidelines and script.
Some Holiday hours may be required. $12.00 per hour to start. Benefits package includes monthly and annual bonuses as well as health insurance.
