FINANCE-REGULATORY REPORTING ANALYST (Morrisville, NC): Work on the submission of the company's US Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) financial statements to the Federal Reserve. Prepare & analyze financial reports including the balance sheet & income statements according to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) & regulatory requirements. Reconcile financial statements with the general ledger to ensure accuracy of reported numbers. Perform thorough analysis of the balance sheet & P&L to provide a proper control environment & ensure that reports have a high degree of accuracy. Drive automation & efficiency by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting systems & liaise with IT & Change Management to implement changes. Participate in the Federal Reserve's audit of company financials. Review overall balance sheet & income statement for quarterly submission. Review schedule PPNR (Pre-Provision Net Revenue) for CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review) quarterly submission. Review the quarterly average balance sheet & income statement for submission to the Federal Reserve.
