We are a growing Frederick area accounting Firm looking for an Office Administrator. We specialize in small business solutions and financial planning. This position will include duties such as: managing phone calls and correspondence, tracking and ordering of office supplies, managing appointments for clients and management, greeting clients, receiving and distributing mail, doing bank runs, scanning documents, forming and dissolving businesses for clients (training will be provided), and other general office duties as needed or assigned. Prior experience as a receptionist or office administrator preferred but willing to train. Attention to detail and customer service skills used regularly.
