In Kissimmee, Florida; Global Food Concepts, Inc. Supervise the daily shift operations of the food product to ensure production schedules and quality parameters are met; supervise the employees, including hiring, scheduling, providing training and guidance; lead quality food safety, and regulatory compliance; monitor and enforce the implementation, and validation of food safety programs such as the Food Drug Administration (“FDA”) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (“HACCP”); actively work with the operating team to help identify, solve, and prevent issues affecting quality and food safety; must have the ability to make sound judgment and good decision regarding the quality and wholeness of the product received and manufactured; verify on a daily basis that quality records are accurate, serve quality and regulatory needs; ensure warehouse is up to par with governmental regulations upon arriving and before leaving; handle issue and address complaints immediately; manage production schedule to ensure establish inventory levels are met while operating at the highest rate of efficiency; determine daily whether there is sufficient manpower to meet production needs; ensure an efficient and orderly strategy is used when receiving, shipping, reviewing, and loading orders while maintaining the warehouse in an organized, safe, and sanitary fashion, revise and update food orders throughout the day with the operating team so there is sufficient food production for distribution; request the dispatch of the orders fulfilled and be physically present to confirm the consumer receives completed order; verify the labor hours and time punch accuracy for each employee; submit labor hours to payroll company; bill the consumers; remit invoices; and accept payment; contact companies to maintain the feasibility of the operating machinery; compare internal cost versus labor cost; excellent wholesalers; and ability to prioritize and adjust quickly to changing environment. Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 4 years’ experience in Management; knowledge and certification of HACCP; knowledge of the following software: QuickBooks, Pro, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows 10 Pro.
