Senior Energy Engineer Lead – Provide guidance/leadership for team of 8 energy engineers and 3 project admins; assign task/responsibilities aligned with KPIs; contribute to business growth with ideas/suggestions; contribute to new business lines; devel RFPs for business solicitation with existing/new clients; ASHRAE Level II/III energy audits, reports, client presentations; develop advanced simulation energy models with Trane Trace 700; collab with Utilities to streamline processes, expedite project/payment approvals.

Required: BS in Energy, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering plus 3 years experience with direct energy engineering for Utilities; develop and review advanced simulation energy models; energy auditing, cost estimation, savings calculation, and audit report generation (ASHRAE Level II/III) for commercial/industrial facilities; HVAC, CHP, lighting, building automation controls; ASHRAE 90.1, IECC, and LEED; Technical Reference Manual and deemed savings approach; and internal Measurement & Verification protocols. Permanent U.S. work authority required. Experience may be concurrent.
