Customer Service Representative
Looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s policies, and be well trained to offer quick and accurate assistance to customers. Must have the ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate fluent in Spanish and English is a plus. High school diploma and 2+ years of office or customer service experience required. Must be available to work from 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., 4 day work week, Monday through Friday, on a rotating monthly schedule.
As a Leasing Agent, you will become the public face of our property and a liaison between the management office and our prospective renters. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous sales experience and can offer competent service. You will work on a rotating schedule, weekend work required. Candidate fluent in Spanish and English is a plus. Must have a high school diploma, 2+ years’ experience in leasing or hospitality work, excellent problem solving and communication skills and ability to multitask during busy periods. We offer a reduced or rent-free apartment if you choose to live on the property.
Seeking Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities to maintain the physical appearance; curb appeal and upkeep of the property / apartments. Will handle work orders requiring electrical, plumbing and appliance repair skills plus general maintenance knowledge / skills. HVAC certification is a plus. The ability to multi-task and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor are necessary. Required to pull call on a rotating basis. High School Diploma / GED required and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Must have basic tools. Rent Free Apartment, BGE and Phone allowance offered.
Responsible for ensuring that apartments are prepared on time, to specification, and according to our quality standards. Prioritize and perform punch list duties including but not limited to preparing vacant apartments for new residents, changing toilet seats, caulking showers / tubs, changing blinds, replacing receptacles and switches, drywall repair, light plumbing, etc. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, High School Diploma / GED and basic tools. Reduced apartment rent if you choose to live on the property.
