MULTIPLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Hendersen-Webb, Inc. owns and manages 45+ apartment communities in the Cockeysville, Sparks, Catonsville, Columbia, Glen Burnie, Loch Raven, Essex and Dundalk areas. The following full-time career opportunities are available. A valid driver's license and a vehicle are required for all maintenance positions except for Custodian.

All positions are Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM unless otherwise noted. Some overtime is required for maintenance positions.

Maintenance Supervisor: Seeking individual with a strong apartment maintenance background to oversee the property, the staff and workload. Will schedule and interact with contractors. Individual must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and have a minimum of 2 + years of maintenance supervisory experience. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills necessary. Valid driver's license and vehicle required. Salary commensurate with experience plus an excellent benefits package.

Maintenance Technicians - All Areas: Seeking new team members skilled in basic plumbing & electrical, with appliance repair knowledge. HVAC Certification is a plus. Valid driver’s license, vehicle and tools required. Technicians are required to pull call on a rotating basis. Punch Out: Apartments are painted and cleaned by contractors. In-house staff performs the maintenance work to prepare the apartments for the new Resident. Valid driver’s license and vehicle required. We offer a 50% RENT DISCOUNT (which is subject to taxes) plus an excellent benefits package.

Custodians: Seeking energetic individuals that enjoy being busy, primarily working outside. No experience necessary. Excellent benefits package.
