Company is seeking a certified SHRM-CP, experienced professional to manage all aspects of recruiting, employee lifecycles, payroll administration and employee benefits. Candidate must have:
- Experience with computerized payroll systems;
- Ability to learn and train on new technologies;
- Manage, maintain and follow up on employee performance reviews and training;
- Assist with communication, interpretation and guidelines related to employer policies;
- Maintain, update and recommend changes as needed in Employee Handbook;
- Form and maintain positive relations with employees and sr. management team;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Skilled multi-tasker with ability to meet deadlines and priorities;
- Understanding of federal and relevant state laws and regulations;
- Self-starter, accepts ownership for work and maintains strong work ethic;
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
