quality control technician for precast concrete plant

quality control person for a precast concrete plant. Concrete and aggregate testing and record keeping. ACI and Pci certification will be required  at some point which the company will support. Full or part time. Cylinder making and breaking. Sieve analysis for sand and stone. Moisture of aggregates. Concrete density tests. Prestressing records. Basic quality control of the product during production and after production.WIll be the point person when plant is periodically inspected by PCI inspectors. Will need to keep organized paper files and computer files. We will provide the on line classes and testing for the ACI and PCI certifications. Salary will increase with these certifications. Any experience in the concrete industry will be helpful. Company can train a willing person from scratch if necessary. No heavy lifting is required. Job is mostly record keeping. Perfect for a young person or a retiree. Basically an inspector type person separate from production.
