Dental Patient Coordinator

Laurel Laser Dentistry is looking for permanent patient coordinator. Our office has an awesome staff, super nice doctor and an easy laid back environment -no drama. We are looking for a mature and enthusiastic person to join our team. A dedicated person with a strong work ethic would be ideal. Excellent phone etiquette and organization a must. Customer service and making patients feel comfortable is extremely important. Duties to include confirming appointments, filling schedule openings, insurance verification, communicating with specialist and other administrative tasks as needed. Eaglesoft practice management software and Revenue Well patient communication software used to maximize office efficiency, and make the job easier. Dental office experience is required. Monday through Friday schedule. Hours per week are 30-35 half day on Fridays. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm No late days or weekends.  Benefits offered Holiday pay, medical insurance participation, PTO and 401K. We are looking forward to adding our new team member.
