Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Computer Science or related field preferred. Experience in personnel office or payroll department preferred. Experience with CORE, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Press required. The position is primarily responsible for providing coordination and training for the district appraisal system. The position compiles and manages staff information for the Nebraska Staff and Student Record System (NSSRS) for the Nebraska Department of Education for use in the State of the Schools Report. This position also supervises, monitors and manages the creation of personnel records, along with other employment-driven records within the HRIS system. Provide support to the Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits and HRIS Specialist and Director of Employee Relations, Benefits and Personnel. Ability to work with all levels of staff; problem solve effectively; consistent, fair, calm under pressure; computer literate; effective and accurate oral and written skills; effective human relations skills.
Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 plus generous benefits and leave
