Hiring Range: $54,279.00 to $70,600/yr (Grade 18/base - step 9)

The Assistant Energy Program Manager will assist the Program Manager (Administrator) in the implementation of program operations to support the Housing and Building Energy Programs, but specifically to Programs assigned by the Administrator. The Assistant Program Manager will interact with network partners, and other partnering agencies to provide program guidance and clarify guidelines.. The Assistant Program Manager will evaluate reporting, databases, and other sources to identify and suggest changes in processes to fulfill the objectives of the Program.
The Assistant Program Manager will assist in managing lead assignments, overseeing production rates and inspection activities, as well as supporting the management of budgets, fund allocation and expenses, facilitating meetings, and executing reporting obligations. The Assistant Energy Program Manager administers CDA Energy specialized programs that may include but not limited to CDA Energy loans and grants.
The Assistant Program Manager assists in directing statewide weatherization loans and grants for single family housing; may also examine, analyze, review and approve proposed contractors, work scope, environmental investigations and other related analysis on projects selected for multi- family or single family financing within CDA Energy. Determines the amount of funding needed by program applicants to secure a specific CDA Energy loan or grant for single family housing, or multifamily housing development.
