This Project Manager position helps administer the Balance of State Continuum of Care within the Division of Neighborhood Revitalization. The position ensures compliance with Departmental standards, as well as federal and state regulatory and statutory requirements. This position also provides technical assistance, analyzes performance outcomes and data trends, assists in determining funding priorities, coordinates grant required activities across a seven- county region, and submits the annual federal Continuum of Care Application.. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and four years of administrative or professional experience to include one year of financing experience or providing technical assistance for development or rehabilitation of multifamily or single family housing; neighborhood revitalization and business development; community infrastructure development; or historic preservation programs. Preference will be given to candidates who have three years of experience working with programs that serve individuals experiencing homelessness or in the development and implementation of policies designed to mitigate homelessness, five or more years working in the administration of Continuum of Care programs, knowledge of and experience with issues relating to homelessness and or self-sufficiency programs, and/or working knowledge of and experience with nonprofit organizations, foundations or government program administration.
