Our school is faith based school reaching out to the community helping students reach their full potential. A daycare teacher works with young children, including infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers, and is responsible for their well-being and pre-kindergarten education while parents are at work.
Job Description
Daycare teacher requires patience, compassion, responsibility, strong organizational skills, and a background in early childhood education.
A daycare teacher watches children whose parents work full time, designs creative activities to entertain children and aid in their intellectual development, and encourages positive interactions among children at the daycare center.

Job Responsibilities
Review and observe current teaching methods and learning materials as needed for areas of improvement and to ensure they meet the current local, state and federal requirements.
Work with teachers and necessary staff to establish and uphold curriculum, school mission statement/culture and performance goals and standards.
Meet with parents and work with teachers frequently to review school policies, educational activities/events and student performance while offering information on upcoming changes to curriculum, programs and the like.
Approve job postings, hire, interview and onboard new teachers and additional staff members as they join the team.
Help with the yearly accreditation process, which involves reviewing and sending reports, grants and contracts to state licensing boards.
Work with parents and various state agencies for tuitions and authorizations.
