We are an Accredited Community Association Management Company located in Harford County, MD. We are searching for a seasoned Community/Portfolio Association Manager with experience in HOA/Condominium management.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assure the policies, resolutions and goals of the Board of Directors are carried out
- Liaison between the board members and the owners
- Attend Board meetings as contracted (which can be held Monday - Thursday evening usually between the hours of 6 pm - 9pm)
- Liaison between professional contacts (including attorney, auditing firm and engineering firms, etc.)
- Coordinate specifications needed for all services, such as landscaping, snow, trash, insurance, elevators, pool, etc.
- Manage bid process for projects and manage vendor relations
- Assist Association with collection matters
- Attend Court for community business
- Assist Board in preparation of annual budgets
- Able to follow governing documents
- Manager will have an assigned administrative assistant.
- Separate accounting department and legal administrator will handle those duties
- Will rotate the on-call duties after hours (approx. 4x's/yr for 1 week at a time)

Qualifications and Skills - We require:
- Experience in Condo/HOA Management
- Experience with budgeting
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Professional Appearance and Acumen
- Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook
- CMCA certification and TOPS software, a plus+++
