SAMBA is seeking to fill a position in its customer service call center:
Customer Service Position – Responds to written, telephonic inquiries and emails from health plan members, doctors, and hospitals regarding member eligibility, medical and pharmacy plan benefits, and claims status. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required. A minimum of three years of work experience with a health plan is required.
SAMBA offers competitive pay, a 35-hour workweek, and company-paid medical, life insurance, disability and retirement plans. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
