As a full-time Scheduling Administrator, you will help grow the business by handling incoming service inquiries and ensuring that all client care shifts are appropriately assigned and fulfilled. To accomplish this, you will
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and members of the scheduling team;
- Maintain careful records of all interactions; and
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
You must be experienced in Microsoft Office, have good typing ability, and be able to learn our web-based scheduling system. Experience with QuickBooks would be a plus.
