An Aerospace Company is seeking for well qualified CNC Lathe and Mill Machinist for Day and Night Shift. Day Shift Mon-Thur 7:00am-3:30pm and Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Night Shift Mon-Thur 3:00pm to 11:30pm Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm
The CNC machinist will be responsible for running CNC Mills and Lathes machine. Producing aerospace parts. Produces machined parts by programming, setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CHC) machine. Maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, maintaining equipment and supplies. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines, ability to read blueprints, understand geometric dimensioning and are able to work with high tolerances.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 plus years of CNC experience preferred
Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions well
Must be able to read blueprints
Must be able to use various measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers and gauges
