Successful small family owned company is seeking a mature and stable professional for a full-time administrative assistant / customer service position to join our ranks in Owings Mills, MD. Hours required are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Daily tasks will include answering phones, processing orders, assisting sales staff, and other duties as needed.
Must have skills include: basic PC knowledge is required, excellent customer service skills, must be organized, must have the ability to multi-task, must be able to adapt to changes often, must have a pleasant attitude, and you must be a team player.
Helpful skills but are not required: Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite.
The pay rate starts at $15 per hour. Paid holidays starting after 90 days and paid vacation after the first year. Health benefits are available. Our office is Covid19 Free and takes all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the virus within the office environment.
