Billing Specialist
This position is responsible for processing and reconciling billing payments and communicating with clients regarding existing life insurance coverage of their employees.
The successful candidate for this position will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, customer service skills, proficiency in Excel, analytical skills, and ability to be a team player. We prefer candidates with life insurance, banking, or accounting experience, or a college degree.
Customer Service
This position is responsible for communicating with customers regarding their life policies.
The successful candidate for this position will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to process customer requests accurately, able to multi-task, have basic to advanced math skills, and be able to handle high telephone call volumes in a professional manner. We prefer candidates with experience assisting customers in a call center environment. Bilingual is a plus.
