Civil Engineer

To plan construction and engineering projects for federal and private construction. Calculate cost and determine feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data by applying principles of civil engineering and engineering software. Estimate quantities and Cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine Project Feasibility. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards as per Federal Regulations and Contract Specifications. Responsible for Construction and Budget Estimating, measuring quantity using Timberline, Measurement of Concrete, masonry and other construction work. Direct the Construction, Operations, or Maintenance activities at project sites using Project Management Software ProjNet and Primavera P6. Must have knowledge of Primavera 6, AutoCAD, ProjNet and Timberline. The position is to serve as Civil Engineer under the supervision of Vice President Field Operations & Construction. Must have Master’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering Management or Construction Management. No telecommute and remote access.
