Recruitment Specialist
The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, a national nonprofit religious organization located in N.E., D.C. has an opening in the Office of Human Resources for a Recruitment Specialist. This position supports the Office of Human Resources with administrative duties related to the full cycle recruiting process and staff development programs. The Recruitment Specialist leads recruitment efforts for selected openings.
Knowledge of Catholic Church structures and teachings helpful. Candidates must have a minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, Undergraduate Degree Human Resources, Business, or related field. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, desktop publishing software, and Applicant Tracking Systems or other HRIS. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/projects. Knowledge of SharePoint and some graphic skills are helpful. Fundamental understanding of H.R. policies/procedures and H.R.’s role and function.
