Responsibilities: | The incumbent will provide technical/mechanical services overseeing and maintaining the entire chilled water & high temperature high pressure water distribution system, with temperatures ranging from 44 degrees Fahrenheit to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and pressures from 12 psi to 400 psi. Specific duties include: provide corrective and preventive maintenance on all equipment associated; evaluate changes and additions to the system that the University plans to implement over time; plan for periodic shutdowns; and perform other duties as assigned. |
Required Minimum Qualifications: |
A high school diploma or GED and seven years progressively responsible experience in the trade(s) where assigned to include at least four years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Must have a valid MD driver's license. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
Preferably steamfitter/plumbing mechanical trades |
