Responsibilities: |
The incumbent will manage design and construction process for new construction and renovation projects. Specific duties and include:

Required Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related area and three years (five preferred) experience preferably in construction management technical specialization. A valid Driver's license is required. Must have: Well developed analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; knowledge of principles and practices of project management and construction technologies; demonstrated ability to manage design and construction projects; proven consultation and change management skills; and computer skills in relevant design and office applications.
