Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
As a Web Developer/Trainer he/she will be responsible for developing and maintaining AGNR websites, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training and support to users. He/She should have programming skills, experience with user support or providing training, experience with testing, and excellent communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) to five (5) years of web development experience
    • Expertise with front-end technologies, including HTML and CSS
    • Experience with user support or providing formal training


Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eligible to work in the USA
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing and maintaining websites using a Content Management System, especially Drupal.
  • Experience with JavaScript, PHPSQL XML, Twig, Composer, and/or NPM.
  • Experience with site and application testing.
  • Experience working in a containerized web environment, particularly in Docker.
  • Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and automation procedures.
  • Experience using and administering a support ticketing system such as Jira Service Desk.
  • Experience using and configuring DevOps platforms such as Gitlab.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small development team.

Physical Demands
Normal office environment – Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
