Yangtze Railroad Materials has specialized in supplying quality fasteners and fastening Materials since 1989. Yangtze has successfully developed into an innovative and vertically integrated company that has proudly defined itself by meeting its customers’ needs.
Our typical customer places larger orders manufactured upon receipt of the purchase order. We also warehouse over 110,000 sq. ft. of North America Railroad Materials as well as parts for specific customers.
Office Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- Organize, stock and clean offices
- Daily collections and office reports / statistics
- Track employee working hours.
- Maintain office organization and proper patient flow
- Must know the most basic accounting business
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (prioritized college or bachelor’s degree)
- Prefer Bilingual Chinese and English is preferred
- Internal driving force, energetic, resourceful, responsible, flexible and organizing
- Ability to work and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook), Google QuickBooks Pro and ability to learn proprietary software applications
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Clean and professional
- Ability to monitor multiple things first
- Attention to detail
